Rauf Zeyni çıxışında insan hüquqlarının müdafiəsi, vətəndaşların sosial rifah halının yüksəldilməsi, sosial problemlərin həllində ictimai nəzarətin rolu, vətəndaşların müraciətlərinə məmurların münasibəti, məmur özbaşınalığı və hesabatlılıq, şəffaflıq və digər məsələlərə toxundu. Tədbirdə iştirak edənlər ictimai nəzarətlə, ictimai iştirakçılıqla, mövcud vəziyyətlə bağlı regionda, eyni zamanda Masallıda olan məsələlərlə bağlı münasibətlərini bildirdilər. Veteran, qazi hüquqlarının məsələsi ilə bağlı müzakirə keçirildi, mövcud problemlər qeyd olundu və həll olunması ilə bağlı real addımlar atıldı. İctimai dinləmə çərçivəsində bir neçə vətəndaşın bu gün probleminin həll olunmasında nəticə əldə olundu.
